PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin film solar cell with a simple structure which reduces manufacturing steps and improve its design, and whose weight and thickness can be lighten and made thin respectively, a method for manufacturing the same and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An organic thin film solar cell 1 comprises a substrate 10; a first electrode layer 11 arranged on the substrate; a hole transport layer 12 arranged on the first electrode layer; a bulk-hetero junction organic active layer 14 arranged on the hole transport layer; a second electrode layer 16 arranged on the bulk-hetero junction organic active layer; a passivation layer 26 arranged on the second electrode layer; a colorized barrier layer 28 arranged on the passivation layer; and a back sheet passivation layer 30 arranged on the colorized barrier layer. A method for manufacturing the same is provided. The organic thin film solar cell 1 is mounted in an electronic apparatus.
