PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a multilayer stretched film capable of easily and stably manufacturing the multilayer stretched film hardly generating in-later detachment, having heat resistance, excellent in tearability.SOLUTION: A virgin material is manufactured by melting and mixing blending Ny6 of 40 mass% to 85 mass% and MXD6 of 15 mass% to 60 mass%. A heat history product obtained by blending Ny6 and MXD6 having the melting point of 233°C to 238°C of 5 mass% to 40 mass% based on 100 mass% of the virgin material is added to the virgin material to melt and mix them. An original fabric obtained by extruding the molten product with a molten product obtained by melting and mixing a resin raw material of an adhesive layer and a polyester layer to a laminating status is applied to biaxial drawing with maximum drawing force both in a MD direction and a TD direction of 20 MPa to 80 MPa.
