A collet (122) for use with a rectangular shaft, the collet (122) comprising a plurality of flexible members (228a-d) configured to be coupled to an elongated member (220), each of the plurality of flexible members (228a-d) having an inner surface (230a-d) that forms at least a portion of a substantially rectangular bore (232) configured to receive the rectangular shaft and an involute outer surface (234a-d) for engaging an involute inner surface (208) of an opening of a lever (120) such that the plurality of flexible members (228a-d) are displaced toward an axis of the elongated member (220) to cause the inner surface (230a-d) of each of the plurality of flexible members (228a-d) to engage one or more surfaces of the rectangular shaft.
