PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens which has a high zoom ratio, achieves high optical performance over the entire zoom range, and, when applied to an imaging apparatus, allows reduction in thickness of the imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: The zoom lens includes, in order from the object side to the image side, a first lens group having a positive refractive power, a second lens group having a negative refractive power, and a reflection member for bending the optical path, and in order from the image side to the object side, an N-th lens group having a positive refractive power and an (N-1)-th lens group having a negative refractive power, and during zooming from the wide angle end to the telephoto end, the distance between the first lens group and the second lens group is increased, and the distance between the (N-1)-th lens group and the N-th lens group is changed. The focal distance f2 of the second lens group, the focal distance f(N-1) of the (N-1)-th lens group, and the focal distance fT of the entire system at the telephoto end are appropriately set, respectively. |
