The present invention relates to a fixing wedge that prevents the separation of a wood haft which is coupled with a striking body of a striking tool and, more particularly, to a wood haft fixing wedge for a stone craft hammer that fixes the wood haft which is inserted into and coupled with a hammer body not to be separated even after a long time of use. The wood haft fixing wedge for a stone craft hammer includes a hammer body (20) where a haft insertion port (21) is formed; a wood haft (30) with a tip end that is inserted into and coupled with the haft insertion port (21); a fixing wedge (40) that is embedded in the tip end of the wood haft (30) which is inserted into the haft insertion port (21) of the hammer body (20); a screw skirt (43) that has the shape of a cylindrical body with both lower sides cut and a protrusion (47) formed on an outer surface; a wedge plate (45) that has a hole formed at the center to be coupled with an upper portion of the screw skirt (43); a wedge bolt (41) inserted into the screw skirt (43) where a sharp portion (42) and an expanding portion (44) with a predetermined length are formed in one end portion, a step is formed with a diameter decreasing from the expanding portion (44) to the other end portion, and a screw is formed on an outer circumferential surface at the end part so that the other end portion protrudes through the hole of the wedge plate (45); and a nut (48) that is screw-coupled with the wedge bolt (41) which protrudes to the wedge plate (45) to lift the wedge bolt (41) upward. |
