METHOD FOR IMPROVING PROCESSING IN REFLECTION SEISMICS

For the iterative improvement of processing in reflection seismics on a PC or using information technology, disruption signals of a geophone, irrelevant head waves and unusable signals/waves are sorted out using appropriate software. In addition, the tectonic stress of the rock and the resulting rock and deposit geometry are iteratively adapted by means of stacking the loops. Dislocations, draft changes and/or changes to shift dimensions and/or shift values are added to the processing and the consequences for the adjacent rock regions are incorporated.
