METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING SYNONYMOUS CODON LIBRARY OF HIGH CAPACITY AND OPTIMIZING GENETIC TEMPLATES

Provided is a method for constructing a synonymous codon library of high capacity and optimizing genetic templates. The physical and chemical properties of a protein can be improved by optimizing the genetic template thereof. The method can improve the nucleotide codons of a target protein and maintain the original amino acid sequence of the target protein unchanged so as to improve the solubility, function, yield and/or stability of the target protein.
