The purpose of the present invention is to provide a substrate with high adhesion and an optical film. The present invention is to provide the substrate with 15-30° of the contact angle of water at 25°C of a substrate surface; a lamination formed with an alignment layer on a surface of the substrate; and the optical film formed with an optical anisotropic layer on the alignment layer of the laminations.
