PURPOSE: A gonad growth inhibiting composition is provided to effectively control the growth of gonad of fish by safely applying a natural extract to the fish. CONSTITUTION: A gonad growth inhibiting composition comprises an active substance of an Albizia julibrissin extract. The Albizia julibrissin extract is obtained by methanol extraction. 0.01-10 weight% of Albizia julibrissin extract is contained for the total feed composition. The composition delays the growth of reproductive cells of fish. The reproductive cells of the fish forms egg yolk. The composition maintains the concentration of steroid hormones of the fish in blood low compared to the fish without the composition. The composition extends the survival time of the fish.
