<p>A decorative article such as a bow or ribbon is provided that includes a multilayer optical film. The film includes an optical stack having a plurality of layers. The layers include at least one birefringent polymer and at least one different polymer so that the optical stack comprises a strain induced index of refraction differential along at least a first in-plane axis. The optical stack has a creped configuration that imparts an unusual visual appearance to the film.</p> |
