<p>The present invention relates to a bowl structure and a rotating vertical shaft structure of a centrifugal separator, in which: a bowl body (6) having a bowl structure, a lower watertight cover (14), and a pilot valve (12) can be separated, respectively; the pilot valve (12) is provided on the lower part of a circumferential surface of the bowl body (6) and the lower watertight cover (14) is coupled in an outer circumferential direction of the pilot valve (12) such that a closing chamber (10) is formed between a piston (5) and the bowl body (6); a cylinder space (17) is formed between an inner circumferential surface of the pilot valve (12) and the bowl body (6); an opening chamber (19) is formed between the lower part of the pilot valve and an inner circumferential surface of the lower watertight cover (14); and a water chamber (25) capable of receiving water from an operating water supply device (28) that is provided on the centrifugal separator body is connected to a lower central hole of the bowl body (6), wherein: after an upper gasket groove is formed on an outer upper part of a housing (6a) coupled to a lower body frame (8a), an upper gasket (11a) is inserted; after a lower gasket groove is formed on an outer lower part of the housing (6a) coupled to the lower body frame (8a), a lower gasket (10a) is inserted; and a lubricant box (9a) in which a lower bearing (3a) is submerged is formed between the housing (6a), an upper bearing cover (12a), and a lower cover (7a).</p> |
