<p>The personal authentication device (1) is provided with: acquisition units (16, 17) for acquiring measurement results that include body weight and body impedance; a computing unit (11) for computing a computed value relating to body composition that fluctuates less easily over time compared to body water content on the basis of the measurement results acquired by the acquisition units and personal information; a storage unit (12) for associating and storing the body weight, personal information and computed value with measured subject-specifying information that specifies the subject being measured; a comparing unit (11) for comparing the most recent computed value with the new computed value; and a measured subject-specifying unit (11) for specifying, on the basis of the difference in computed values, to which of the measured subject-specifying information stored in the storage unit the measurement results acquired by the acquisition units correspond.</p> |
