The present invention comprises: a driving button formed at the front/rear side of a vehicle; a surrounding sensor unit sensing a movement space and obstacles within a predetermined area of the vehicle; a wheel speed sensor for calculating the distance in which the vehicle is moved by measuring the rotary speed of each wheel; a vehicle driving unit for moving the vehicle; a vehicle brake unit stopping the vehicle; a control unit operating the vehicle driving unit if the vehicle is able to be moved or operating the vehicle brake unit if the distance in which the vehicle is moved exceeds a predetermined distance or obstacles are sensed by the surrounding sensor unit when the vehicle driving unit is operated by detecting whether or not the vehicle can be moved through the surrounding sensor unit if an input signal is transferred from the driving button.
