SEMI-ALLOYED HOT-ROLLED HOT-DIP GALVANIZING STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A semi-alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to accelerate alloying in plating bath by applying the residual compression stress the surface of a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet by removing scales with high-pressure spray of slurry. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a semi-alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is as follows. A hot-rolled steel sheet is prepared. Slurry obtained by mixing high-pressure water with an abrasive is sprayed onto the hot-rolled steel sheet at high pressure in order to remove hot rolling scales. The hot-rolled steel sheet is dipped in molten zinc plating bath.
