PURPOSE: A blade and a wind power generator with the same are provided to covert the kinetic energy of a movable weight into electric energy, and to increase rotary power of the blade using the movable weight. CONSTITUTION: A blade for a wind power generator comprises a body, a movable weight(30), and a guide rail. The body is extended in a first direction. The movable weight is movably installed to the first direction. The movable weight is formed into a cylindrical shape. The guide rail is extended to the first direction, and guides the movable weight. The guide rail is formed into a hollow cylindrical shape, and comprises the movable weight inside.
