PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a height of an antenna substrate.SOLUTION: An antenna substrate 1 includes: a dielectric substrate 11; a line conductor 12 provided in the dielectric substrate 11; a first ground conductor layer 13 provided at the same height as the line conductor 12; a second ground conductor layer 14 provided below the line conductor 12 in the dielectric substrate 11; a third ground conductor layer 15 provided above the line conductor 12 in the dielectric substrate 11; and multiple ground via conductors 16, each of which is provided at an area ranging from the first ground conductor layer 13 to an upper surface of the dielectric substrate 11. The first ground conductor layer 13 encloses the line conductor 12 so as to form a slot 13a electromagnetically coupled to the line conductor 12. The second ground conductor layer 14 and the third ground conductor layer 15 are disposed so as to overlap with the line conductor 12 in a plain perspective view. The multiple ground via conductors 16 are disposed so as to enclose the slot 13a in the plain perspective view. |
