PURPOSE: An online collection system for a credit card sale check which is signed by a client is provided to remarkably reduce management expenses without collecting the credit card sale checks. CONSTITUTION: An online collection system comprises a smartphone (1000), a communication network (1006), a check processing server (1008), and a card company server (1100). The card company server transmits an approval list including a card number, a terminal number, and an approval number to the check processing server through the communication network. The check processing server includes an application providing unit (1010), a text message recognition unit (1012), and a calculation unit (1014). The application providing unit provides an application to the smartphone. The application executes a photographing setting, a transmission menu, and a setting condition of the smartphone. The text message recognition unit extracts a card number, a terminal number, and an approval number by using an image file which photographs a credit card sale check (1002) which is photographed by a smartphone camera. The calculation unit calculates the credit card sale checks by comparing the card number, the terminal number, and the approval number of the text message recognition unit with the card number, the terminal number, and the approval number which are included in the approval list received from the card company server.
