PURPOSE: An optical member, a display device and a manufacturing method are provided to improve brightness and a color reproduction ratio. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of first wavelength conversion particles(532) is arranged within a host layer. A plurality of second wavelength conversion particles(533) is arranged within the host layer. The host layer includes a first region(531a) and a second region(531b). The second region is arranged under the first region. The second region includes the second wavelength conversion particles with concentration which is higher than the concentration of the first region. |
