Disclosed is a method of screening a candidate for a clinical trial. The method is performed by generating at a first computer (2) a candidate drug list comprising a list of drugs taken by a candidate. The candidate drug list is then transmitted to a second computer (1). The method also includes receiving at the first computer (2) an output indicative of the candidate's suitability for the clinical trial. A computer apparatus configured to perform this method is also disclosed.
