PURPOSE: A touch count type water saving valve is provided to control the discharged time of shower water and to prevent the elastic force degradation, torsion, and deterioration of a spring. CONSTITUTION: A touch count type water saving valve comprises a mixing part(100) and an opening and closing unit(200). The mixing part mixes hot water and cold water. One side of the opening and closing unit is coupled to a connection pipe extended from the mixing part. The other side of the opening and closing unit is coupled to a transferring pipe for transferring water to a shower head. The opening and closing unit supplies water to the transferring pipe only for a set time according to the number of operation time. After the set time, the opening and closing unit blocks the water supplied to the transferring pipe.
