PURPOSE: A cradle for a portable terminal is provided to enable a user to use the portable terminal in a fixed state regardless of the size of the portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A cradle for a portable terminal includes a pincer unit(100), an absorption unit(200), and a rotation unit(300). The pincer unit holds both sides of the portable terminal. The absorption unit is combined with the pincer unit. The absorption unit is absorbed to a target surface. The rotation unit combines the pincer unit and the absorption unit. A user is able to convert the installation direction of the portable terminal in a state fixed by the pincer unit.
