<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument in which a hydrophilic polymer is strongly fixed on the surface of a substrate comprising a polyamide. <P>SOLUTION: The medical instrument includes: a substrate at least a part of the surface of which is the polyamide; an adhesive layer formed on the surface of the substrate and including a polyamide soluble in an organic solvent; and a crosslinked, surface lubricated layer formed on the upper part of the adhesive layer, and including the hydrophilic polymer having at least one reactive functional group selected from the group consisting of an epoxy group, acid chloride group, and isocyanate group, and the method for manufacturing it is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
