PURPOSE: A heterogeneous material storage apparatus is provided to enable users to easily mix heterogeneous materials when lifting an operation unit, and to prevent the blockage of a storage unit closing hole. CONSTITUTION: A heterogeneous material storage apparatus comprises the following: a main body(10) combined to the neck of a container; an operation unit sealing surface(23) connected to the inside an upper inlet unit of the main body using a connecting unit; an operation unit(30) with a sealing unit hooking device, combined to the inside of the upper inlet unit; a cut-out unit(32) formed on the sealing unit hooking device; spaces(33) formed on both sides of the cut-out unit; a sealing unit(40) assembled to a storage unit closing hole; a hooking protrusion(41) formed on the sealing unit; an inlet formed on the upper side of the operation unit sealing surface, and sealed with an inlet cap; and a storage unit(11) formed in the inside of the main body.
