A washing water circulating apparatus of a drum type washing machine is provided to move the water to the upper part of the drum by mounting the wings opened to the outside of the drum or closely contacted to the outer wall of the drum, thereby capable of increasing the washing performance. A washing water circulating apparatus(60) of a drum type washing machine is composed of: a cabinet whose front surface is opened; a tub installed in the cabinet; a drum(50) where a rotary shaft is horizontally placed in the tub; plural wings(62) rotatably mounted at the outer wall of the drum; a hanging unit mounted between the drum and the wing to limit the rotary angle of the wing; and plural hole units(52) formed at the side of the drum to penetrate inner and outer sides of the drum. The wing is formed like a long panel and placed to the shaft direction, and the section of the wing is shaped like a curved surface.
