PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display is provided to create an image wanting without a separate rendering step by alternately arranging a light emission region of adjacent two pixel rows. CONSTITUTION: A first semiconductor layer(121) and a second semiconductor layer(126) are formed on a substrate(110). A gate insulating layer(130) is formed in the front of substrate. A first conductive material layer is formed on the gate insulating layer. A first gate electrode(142) is formed in order to be corresponded to a partial domain of the first semiconductor layer. A second gate electrode(147) is formed in order to be corresponded to a partial domain of the second semiconductor layer. A first pixel row comprises a plurality of first pixels arranged to a first direction. A second pixel row comprises a plurality of second pixels arranged to the first direction. Each light emitting area of the plurality of first pixels is crossed with each light emitting area of the plurality of second pixels.
