<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for performing accurate and wide ranged patterning without using high cost and high energy-consuming equipment in surface structure patterning of a biodegradable polymeric compound. <P>SOLUTION: Biodegradable polymers such as poly(ε-caprolactone) or the like is epitaxially grown on a crystalline substrate such as HOPG (Highly Oriented Planar Graphite), then a part of an amorphous region or amorphous and crystal regions of the polymer is decomposed by an enzyme so that a pattern having regularity is formed. Furthermore, a gold pattern can be obtained by adsorbing gold nanoparticles on the obtained pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
