MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SHAPE MEMORY ANTI-COUNTERFEITING LOGO

A manufacturing method for shape memory anti-counterfeiting logo is provided. The method involves preparing a sheet with regular concavo-convex patterns on its surface from a polymer material with shape memory function, in which proper distance is kept between the patterns, so that the overlap between the patterns is prevented in a subsequent rolling process. An irradiated crosslinking process is performed on the surface of the sheet, and then the sheet is heated and rolled via a three-roller calender, so that the sheet becomes a thin film with a flat surface. The thin film is cut into small pieces with only one pattern. The method presents the advantages of simple manufacturing process, convenient shape changing detection and less cost. The method realizes anti-counterfeiting on the cap of the wine bottle by application of the polymer material with shape memory characteristic.
