TRANSCRIPTING SUBSTRATE ARRAY USING THERMAL TRANSFER PROCESS

PURPOSE: A transfer substrate array using a thermal transfer process is provided to arrange a power electrode far from a location where a substrate is located, thereby preventing bad influences of electrical energy to a substrate to be transferred. CONSTITUTION: Common electrodes(120) are linearly formed on both edges of one side of a substrate(110). Heating patterns(130) contact the common electrodes. A transfer material layer(140) is formed on the substrate on which the heating patterns are formed. A power electrode unit(251) is electrically coupled with the common electrodes to supply electrical energy supplied from a power source to the heating patterns.
