INSIDE DIAMETER MEASUREMENT APPARATUS OF TIRE

PURPOSE: A device for measuring inner diameter of the completed tire is provided to maintain the smooth material flow by reducing the material transfer cycle of the tire, and to prevent the industrial disaster of the musculoskeletal system type of operator. CONSTITUTION: The device for measuring inner diameter of the completed tire includes: an up/down cylinder(3); a two fixing shafts(5); a movable shaft(6); a support plate(7); a guide rail(8); and a sensor group(9). The up/down cylinder makes the transportation conveyor belt(2) transporting the tire(1) rise and drop. The 2 fixing shafts fixes one side of bead of tire by being installed in the diameter measurement centering region(4) of the transportation conveyor belt. The movable shaft is transferred by being installed in the opposite side of the fixing shaft. The support plate supports the movable shaft. The guide rail guides the support plate having the movable shaft to move forward and backward. The sensor group senses the standard of tire.
