PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device for preventing rating information from being eliminated without increasing the time and effort of a user and reducing the possibility that a different or wrong rating level is set for each content. SOLUTION: The transfer device (1) includes an adding means (an HTTP response generating section 17) for adding the rating information to the content in a response transmitted by a home server in response to access from an external client when content not rated in the home server is disclosed.
