<p>A telephone book management system based on an intelligent network is disclosed in the present invention, and said system includes: a service control function unit for analyzing and processing the flow of a telephone book management service, and providing a voice interaction interface for a user; a service data function unit, connected to the service control function unit, for storing and managing telephone books, wherein each telephone book has a uniquely identified telephone book ID.
