<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the coming-out preventing performance of a connecting part, while facilitating the mounting. SOLUTION: An insulating cap 1 is formed with an elastic material, such as rubber or thermoplastic elastomer, and a contracted part 2 comprising a ring-shaped projection is installed on the inner surface of a cylindrical middle part whose one end is closed. The contracted part 2 has a diameter, gradually reduced from an opening side to the inner part, and minimal diameter part has the thickness in the depth direction and the diameter is increased sharply at the innermost part. A housing space 3 has sufficient space to house the connecting part 2. The cross section shape of the contracted part 2 is made flat to easily insert the connecting part 4, a groove 6 is formed on the innermost end surface of the contracted part, so as to cross the small diameter part of the contracted part, and the connecting part 4 is held therein.</p> |
