摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition comprising polylactic acid and having atmospheric pressure cation dyeability, and to provide a fiber thereof. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition having dyeability to a cationic dye under atmospheric pressure is prepared by blending a polyester component A mainly comprising polylactic acid and having an intrinsic viscosity of ≥0.70 dL/g and a polyester component B mainly comprising copolymerized polybutylene terephthalate and having an intrinsic viscosity of ≥0.40 dL/g in a weight ratio A:B of 70:30 to 95:5. The polyester component B is copolymerized polybutylene terephthalate in which an organic sulfonate group-containing aromatic dicarboxylic acid component represented by formula (1) is copolymerized in an amount of 4-12 mol% based on all acid components constituting the polyester component B.
