A caster (34) is connected with the ground for displacing the mobile element, and a damping unit exerts damping force of 150 Newton on the mobile element for opposing sliding of the moving part with respect to the fixed part to fix the caster against the ground, where the damping force is constant irrespective of the position of the moving part with respect to the fixed part.
