PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical preparation improved in a dissolving property of a drug slightly soluble in water, in particular, (+)-(6R, 7R)-7-[(Z)-2-(2-amino-4-thiazolyl)-2-pentenamide]-3-carbamoyloxymethyl-8-oxo-5-thia-1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]octo-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid pivaloyloxymethyl ester hydrochloride or a hydrate thereof. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical preparation is prepared by formulating at least (1) a drug being slightly soluble in water, (2) one or more disintegrators selected from celluloses, partially pregelatinized starch, sodium carboxymethyl starch, pregelatinized starch and polyvinyls, and (3) one or more sugar alcohols selected from xylitol, D-mannitol, erythritol, trehalose and lactitol.
