<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame for holding an electronic apparatus, the frame being simplified in manufacturing process such as joining process, e.g., welding, having sufficient rigidity and being lightweight. <P>SOLUTION: The frame 1 includes: an inside member 10 that has the shape of a continuous or discontinuous loop, has a closed cross-section, is hollow, and is made of metal; and outside members 12 that are firmly fixed to the outside of the inside member 10, jointed together in a quadrangular shape, and is made of metal.
