<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of improving safety by protecting a power source part from ignition or the like caused by short-circuiting without increasing the number of components. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes various kinds of user operable buttons, an electronic circuit board 52 with solder parts 57, 58 formed thereon, and an operational system flexible substrate 54 disposed to overlap the electronic circuit board 52. Furthermore, a button supporting member 55 elastically supporting the buttons is provided on a surface of the operational system flexible substrate 54, opposite to the electronic circuit board 52.
