The lock has a maintaining screw (32) introduced in a threaded opening of a cylinder (6) and including a shoulder (32b) to maintain a mobile locking unit in spacing position in safe configuration. The threaded opening is arranged at right of web (5). A maintaining screw without shoulder is placed in the threaded opening in standard configuration. A complementary stop unit (21) is arranged in a manner so that user activates the lock on twist in closing direction before the stop unit is stopped against the locking unit. The stop unit is mounted on a fixed support (100).
