<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an information notification to target people when a communication means that is usually available is difficult or unable to use due to disaster. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The information notification support system includes an informer selection means 10 which selects a person as an informer who transmits information to target people whom the information is to be transmitted. The informer selection means 10 selects as a direct informer a person who directly receives information sent from at least a sender via a predefined communication means when selecting an informer. Accordingly when information of a selected informer is presented to a sender of the information by using a display means such as a display, the sender transmits the information to target people based on the presented information of the informer.
