In a recording system (1), a personal computer (20) reads out start information from an optical disc (31) in a predetermined read-out order and records respective constituent elements of the read-out start information in continuous regions on an optical disc (32).  For this, the personal computer (20) references an access history generated by a protocol analyzer (11) upon start of a personal computer (10) before reading out the start information from the optical disc (31).  Furthermore, the personal computer (20) records on the optical disc (32), an address conversion table correlating the regions on the optical disc (31) with the regions recorded on the optical disc (32) for the respective constituent elements of the access history.
