<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller which is miniaturized in device scale while suppressing manufacturing cost in a state where normal control operation is secured. <P>SOLUTION: The motor controller has: a closed circuit formed so as to include a serial connection of a DC motor M, a current smoothing coil L3 and a diode D6; a power MOSFET disposed between the closed circuit and a ground line; a driving section for ON/OFF-controlling the power MOSFET; and a filter member consisting of a coil L1 and capacitors C1, C2 which are disposed on a power supply line. The motor controller has a heat sink 12 disposed so as to contact circuit boards 10, 11 on which the power MOSFET and a microcomputer MIC of the driving section are mounted; and a housing case 13 housing the current smoothing coil L3 and the filter members L1, C1, C2 in its inside and superimposed on the heat sink 12.
