<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect two connection bodies to first/second throttle bodies while reducing the overhand of a boss for fastening in the first/second throttle bodies as much as possible. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A throttle body assembly of a V-type engine is composed of the first/second throttle bodies T1, T2 offset-e-arranged to each other, a first connection plate 4 for connecting one side surface parts of these along the offset e direction to each other, and a second connection plate 5 for connecting the other side surface parts of these along the offset e direction to each other. In one-side-surface parts and the-other-side-surface parts of the first/second throttle bodies T1, T2, outside bosses 6 for fastening the first/second connection plates 4, 5 with outward fastening members 8 respectively from inside are formed on one-side-surface part and the-other-side-surface part positioned outside the offset e direction. Inside bosses 7 for fastening the first/second connection plates 4, 5 with inward fastening members 9 respectively from outside are formed on one-side-surface part and the-other-side-surface part positioned inside the offset e direction.
