An electricity operation panel connected with a top protective pipe and an observation well protective pipe is provided to install facility related subsurface water by contacting a control unit controlling a submerged pump inside a panel body. An electricity operation panel connected with a top protective pipe and an observation well protective pipe comprises an electricity operation panel main body(120) and a rotation unit(130). The electricity operation panel main body has a top cover structure covering a top protective hole(114) or an observation well protective hole(114a). The electricity operation panel main body is connected to the top cover to be shut tightly and an accommodation space(122). The accommodation space contains a control unit(124) controlling a submerged pump. The rotation unit has a supporting base(131) protruding to the opening direction. A support bar(132) is fixed at the supporting base. |
