An apparatus for collecting and killing a noxious insect is provided to collect the insect of various kinds with one apparatus, and to prevent contamination due to remains by using an insect adhesive plate. An apparatus for collecting and killing a noxious insect includes the followings: a collecting housing; two or more lamps(200,300) producing different wavelengths, and installed at the housing; an insect adhesive plate(400) in which the insect is adhered, and located at an adjacent location of the lamp; and a controller operation of two or more lamps according to time. The collecting housing includes the followings: a lamp receiving part(110) in which the lamp is installed; a slot(120) formed through a side of the housing; a reflecting plate(130) reflecting the light of the lamp, and installed between the lamp and the insect adhesive plate; and a guard net(140) preventing damage of the lamp.
