Transfer foil having an excellent cutting property after transfer is provided to reduce curing time of UV cure-typed ink When the UV cure-typed ink is applied on a high speed transfer system. Transfer foil has a releasing layer, a chromatic layer, a metal deposition layer, and a bonding layer successively on a base film. UV permeability of the transfer foil is 5~ 15% measured in 327nm. The releasing layer coats and dries polyethylene-based wax of 0.6 ~ 0.12 weight% for 0.20~ 0.50 g/m^2 of dry coating amount. The chromatic layer coats and dries acryl resin, nitrocellulose, and cellulose acetate butyrate. The acryl resin, the nitrocellulose, and the cellulose acetate butyrate are mixed to a ratio of 60~80 : 10~20 : 10~20. A mixed solution includes 1.15 ~ 1.2 g/m^2 of the dry coating amount.
