An elastic filler composition for artificial turf is provided to secure heat resistance and elasticity while excluding a post-crosslinking process, thereby applying the elastic filler at low prices. An elastic filler composition for artificial turf comprises the 50-500 parts of inorganic filler and the 100 parts of olefin-based block copolymer containing hard segment blocks and soft segment blocks. The olefin-based block copolymer has 10,000-2,500,000 of average molecular weight(Mw). The contents of ethylene included in the olefin-based block copolymer are 1-99wt% on a total weight of the olefin-based block copolymer. The olefin-based block copolymer indicates a copolymer of ethylene and comonomers, which are selected from the group consisting of liner or branched C3-C20 alpha-olefin, liner or branched C5-C20 cycloolefin and liner or branched C4-C20 polyolefin.
