PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably handle a suppository or the like without using a disposable glove. SOLUTION: This defecation bag includes: a bag body part 10 storing excrement; an adhesive part 20, which is coupled to an opening part 11 of the bag body part 10 to adhere to the skin and provided with an adhesive; a releasing paper sheet 30 stuck on the adhesive part 20; and a storing part 15 provided in a part of the bag body part 10 and storing a medicine so that the medicine can be held from the outside. In the storing part 15, an inlet part 16 facing the interior of the bag body part 10 is formed toward the opening part 11 of the bag body part 10, and a recessed part 17 entering the bag body part 10 side is formed in the periphery of the inlet part 16.
