PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for easily writing a mark of a treatment range on a body surface of a living body. SOLUTION: A marking section 22 is fixedly attached to an ultrasonic probe 10 by a belt-like fixing section 24. A slider 26 of the marking section can be stepwisely slid along a sliding direction. The slider 26 is stepwisely slid from the side of the ultrasonic probe 10 (the end of an ultrasonic image) to a prescribed position. For example, when the slider 26 is slid to an intermediate position, a mark is written at a distance 2 cm from the end of the ultrasonic image. When an operator moves the ultrasonic probe 10 on the body surface of the subject while viewing the ultrasonic image and match the end of the tumor with the end of the ultrasonic image (the end of the ultrasonic probe 10), the mark is written at a point 2 cm from the end of the tumor.
