PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handling manipulator device generally applicable and especially favorably suitable to feed or fetch a workpiece or a tool from a front surface inlet to a machine tool. SOLUTION: This handling manipulator device 1 is provided with: a main supporting body 2 extended in the vertical direction and free to rotate around a vertical axis; a horizontally extending arm 12 supported on the main supporting part 2 by a vertical carriage 9 free to move in the vertical direction; and a gripper 18 directly or indirectly supported on the horizontal extending arm 12. The horizontal extending arm 12 is supported on the vertical carriage 9 free to move in the horizontal direction by a linear guide, a joint connecting arm 14 free to rotate around a vertical axis 15 is provided on the horizontal extending arm 12, and the gripper is provided on an end part of this joint connecting arm 14.
