摘要 A method of manufacturing a garlic pill by mixing aged garlic, fermented soybean powder and bamboo salt powder is provided to have no use of other additives, excipients and water at all and to give the efficacy of bamboo salt and fermented soybeans. Raw garlic is heated at 120 to 150deg.C for 30 to 40min, slowly cooled at room temperature for 700 to 750min, peeled and washed. The heated garlic is aged at 35deg.C for 120 to 168hr and crushed. Then 30 to 70% by weight of the crushed garlic is mixed with 28 to 62% by weight of fermented soybean powder and 2 to 8% by weight of bamboo salt powder, aged at 35deg.C for 10 to 13hr, extruded, formed into a pill and dried at 55 to 60deg.C for 12 to 24hr.
